We are seeking a motivated and driven Inventory Controller with the ability to work in a fast paced and constantly evolving environment where they will be communicating with and working alongside our global team. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager India, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing category level sales and inventory strategies to optimize availability and inventory turns. The incumbent will have end to end ownership of managing inventory to drive effective sales and distribution operation. In return, you would be a part of an innovative, Global #1 business in the sports nutrition industry seeing unprecedented growth in India, with plenty of room for growth and a vision to remain as industry leaders.   Responsibilities:   - Analyze inventory position and SKU performance to determine inventory liability, determine exit strategy for unproductive inventory  - Achieve and maintain high instock rates on replenishment programs  - Manage inbound shipments - fill rate, ASNs, operational issues, lead time  - Acting as a liaison between the delivery team, customers and vendors   - Clarifying any issues that comes up during order fulfillment   - Should be able to help in problem solving and engage in process improvement process   - Co-ordinate with different stakeholders like Delivery Executives, Vendors, Corporate Team, Customer Support Team  - Act as logistics facilitator to ensure that all elements of the domestic and international distribution process are coordinated  - Keep stock control systems up to date and planning for future capacity requirements  - To look after short duration projects relating to transportation, logistics, import regulations, and other related functions  - Provides proactive communications and solutions for distribution issues  Education/Experience:  - MBA / Graduate with 5 years work experience into Inventory Management preferably from FMCG/Pharmacy sector  - Solid understanding of Supply Chain function in FMCG space  - Self-Starter with a go getter attitude  - Should be good in stakeholder management and team management to drive results  - Should be tech savvy and have process excellence exposure  - Strong data extraction, analytical and problem solving skills  - Experience of successfully driving complex, milestone driven projects  - Must be proficient in tracking the In-Out material records  If you are experienced in Inventory Management and are looking to take the next step in your career with a global industry leader, we would love to hear from you - apply today!
