Key Responsibilities :

Financial Planning and Analysis :

- Develop and manage the company's financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

- Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.

- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity and financial stability.

Financial Reporting :

- Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

- Maintain compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

- Provide regular financial reports to senior management and external stakeholders.

Cost Management :

- Oversee cost control measures and initiatives to optimize the company's operational efficiency.

- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to reduce unnecessary expenses.

- Monitor and manage the company's cost structure.

Risk Management :

- Assess financial risks and recommend risk mitigation strategies.

- Develop and implement internal controls and financial policies to safeguard the company's assets.

- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements.

Team Leadership :

- Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals.

- Provide guidance and support for team members' professional development.

- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

Financial Systems and Technology :

- Oversee the implementation and management of financial systems and software.

- Stay updated on industry best practices and technological advancements to improve financial processes.

Audit and Compliance :

- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities during audits.

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Strategic Financial Decision-Making :

- Collaborate with senior management to make strategic financial decisions.

- Evaluate investment opportunities and recommend financial strategies to support company growth.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree and professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or CFA are a plus).

- Proven experience in financial management, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.

- Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and best practices.

- Proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Advanced knowledge of financial software and systems.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
