Job description Cosmoline Exim LLP, a Cosmetics and beauty products based company, is urgently looking for an E-Commerce Head who will work closely with the Marketing, Distribution and Management teams Warehouse as well as Human Resources and Finance. Responsibilities: - This role combines sales, marketing, technology, and management expertise to develop a plan that delivers a superior brand and shopping experience for customers digitally. - Overseeing E-commerce operations on marketplaces like Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa, Amazon, Flipkart etc.; not restricted to same. - Will manage the marketing budget, entire brand management, product management, product marketing, promotions, Drive Customer Research and ROI optimization. - Will formulate the strategies, develop the sales plan and monitor the growth and conduct periodic sales review. - Build relationships with top E commerce sites and Interacting with Market places. - Plan procedure to progress deals Competitor Cost, Investigation Overseeing & Making substance, cataloguing and arrange handling on regular/daily premise. - Liaising with in-house teams over division to empower productive and convenient client deliverables and integration. - Building a strong team and observing its execution, directing and mentoring to induce the leading out of them. - Report & Analysis on weekly basis of Category / Marketplace performance. - Managing Brand Credibility on Marketplaces Desired Candidate Profile - Commercial as well as strategic mind-set and understanding of forward planning and creative solutions - Proven work (a least of 2 years') as a Group Lead, overseeing expansive groups inside E-commerce, ideally inside fashion/beauty industry with an Omni channel intellect set - University Degree educated (or equivalent) in business - Ability to work independently - Strong written and oral communication skills - A natural and experience leader that focus on coaching and developing the team to achieve success Job Location - Netaji Subhash Palace, North West Delhi ; On-site opportunity CTC - Compensation isn't an imperative for meriting candidates.
