Requirements:
- 18-25 years of experience in providing comprehensive solutions designed to elevate financial infrastructure and financial systems- efficiency and effectiveness to keep customers meet the regulatory standards
- At least 7-10 years of experience in selling/solutioning within Financials competency and integrating it with technology solutions, directly or indirectly in an individual or leadership role
- Ideal candidate should have strong customer connects and relationships with key Alliance partners through the current role he/she is performing
- Strong understanding of Digital technologies (Mobility, IOT, AI, Analytics etc.) and their impact on Financials business especially related to BFSI, Public Sector, CME, MFG, Hi-tech industries
- Lead consulting / SI engagements from a SME perspective. Deep understanding of Financials business process flows, typical pain areas, Use Cases, critical metrics, Business case, etc.
Key requirement :
- Understanding of digital technology trends, should be able to visualize disruptions in industry processes and apply them to the Supply Chain domain
-Capable of identifying white space and develop solutions, platforms & IPs across technologies
- Knowledge about Cloud concepts and technology and experience in SaaS applications is a strong advantage
- Understanding of COTS products, ERP (Oracle/SAP) will be critical
Knowledge of financial management regulatory requirements and industry best practices
- Experience in assessing, designing, and implementing global/regional financial systems
- Regulation knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, Treasury guidelines
- Provide direction and specialist knowledge in applying technology/applications (Oracle, SAP) to client business
