As an organization that facilitates fundraising for nonprofits, we need a very strong candidate to lead the sourcing and evaluation of non-profit proposals. - This role involves handling the entire proposal sourcing engine, end to end, with complete ownership and responsibilities, in a very hands-on fashion. Responsibilities : - Understand the requirements of the donor and identify the right nonprofits that fit - Collaborate with NGOs to receive detailed proposals and evaluate them - Continuously work towards process improvement and making the system more efficient &amp; robust - Making PPTs for recommendations to internal and external stakeholders - Extensive cross functional collaboration within the team as well as external stakeholders - Completing all assigned tasks within the expected timelines and SLAs Requirements : - Process orientation with a growth and learning mindset - Eye for details and a logical approach to problem solving - High energy and passion for doing impactful work - Undergraduate from Tier 1 college. Post Graduation is a plus. - 3+ years' experience of working in a non-profit, consulting or a social enterprise - Comfort in a high-intensity, fast-paced environment, with regular stretch requirements
