At GiveIndia, we are looking for a Manager for our operations team - who can ensure the donations received from donors are tracked, monitored and utilized as per the purpose. Process documentation with activity log, backup to avoid any process failures. Reconciliations and signoffs from business and finance teams monthly. Live Funds Dashboard to take calls and prioritize disbursements. Solve complex problems, continually learn, and most importantly, make a real impact in the lives of others. Role Responsibilities : - Help setup and enforce the Business & Funds Trackers - data authenticity and meaningful - Manage recon with Finance report and signoff - Responsible for end-to-end process management of current and new process - One point of contact for Business and Finance team to resolve all fund queries - Encouraging and building automated processes wherever possible - Liaising with business/project team members and providing suggestions or solutions to unforeseen issues when needed - Preparing Funds status reports for management review - Communicating with business team about the status and progress of their projects - Ensuring all process strategies are in compliance with company standards, as well as NGO laws and regulations when applicable. Requirements : - 5+ years of hands-on experience as a PMO analyst, project manager, or a similar role - Excellent knowledge of project management strategies, processes, and tools - Ability to analyze a range of complex data and make decisions based on analytical findings - Great computer skills and knowledge of Gsuite, MS Excel, MS PPT and other project management tools. Knolwdge of SQL, Airtable and similar tools will be a strong added advantage. - Strong program coordination and administration abilities - Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Solid communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
