Our Values integrity in everything we do | empathy towards all | serve with passion | focused on scale Role: At GiveIndia you will work with the Corporate Relationships and Partnerships team and will report to the Director of Partnerships. Your role will be to lead the pre-sales team, which is likely to be a 3 member team. - Complete ownership for proposals for potential corporate donors - you will work with the corporate relationships team to understand donor needs. you will then develop 3-5 pager concept notes, proposals and pitch presentations that articulate how GiveIndia can meet these needs. - Ongoing development of collateral for sales and marketing - this will include presentations, infographics, reusable slides and notes. - Deal documentation - MoUs, agreements and grant letters to be executed by donors, coordination with legal and finance team for compliance needs - CRM management - responsible for recording all donor data, agreements and reporting needs on a CRM system - Knowledge repository - own and manage all collateral and past proposals in an easy to use repository team mentoring and management - train the team members to take on larger roles for pre-sales and sales - Fundraising support - help identify potential donors, develop a pitch strategy based on background research This role is a stepping stone to a donor-facing relationship role. you will be a part of multiple pitches for foundations, corporates and HNI donors across India and globally and will be expected to take on an independent relationships role over time.
