Role:

We are looking for a Senior Associate, Give Discover who is passionate about social change and enabling process developments for better stakeholder experience and smoother cross functional work.

We are looking for an individual to manage our Due Diligence and Compliance process for NGO partners. Due diligence of NGOs and their operations is at the heart of Give's promise to the donors. Our NGO ecosystem is built with a view to bringing credibility to the social sector as well as to our donors and network of supporters. Our framework is designed to bring trust, which is why we verify and validate all the legal, financial, governance and programmatic requirements that a nonprofit needs to follow to be compliant with the norms.

This is an extremely wonderful opportunity for a young individual who is eager to learn about the social sector and loves to interact with people. The person will have to conduct credibility assurance for our NGO partners and ensure the due diligence standards are met and only verified NGOs become a part of our ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

- The candidate will have end to end responsibility for managing various aspects of the compliance requirements that are a cornerstone of Give's programs.

- Through excellence in project implementation, reinforce the compliance and due diligence standards of Give, identify and fix the gaps in the current process.

- Ensure high standards of due diligence and compliance are maintained in every process and iteration

- Ensure on-time completion of the Due Diligence Checks and related process for partner NGOs

- Work closely with Non-Profits and internal teams and continuously strive to improve the efficiency and outcome of the process.

- Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce , maintain and monitor dashboards for stakeholders, as the compliance requirements are the cornerstone of the trust that is placed in Give by its large donor base.

Required skills and experience:

- 2-4 years of experience in data management and external communications is a bonus

- Any graduate degree from a premier institute

- Ability to deal with stakeholders patiently and convey the nuances of mission model programs of Give and the entire Due Diligence requirements for our GiveAssured framework.

- A solution-giver to problems and challenges

- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once, without compromise on quality of delivery

- Strong written and spoken communication skills in English

- Basic Microsoft Excel skills

- Comfortable working in a fast paced growing environment, with focus on growth and scale in every task assigned

- Willingness to learn and grow in the sector
