Over the last 20 years, Give has partnered with hundreds of companies - from large ones like ICICI, HDFC, TCS, Google, Microsoft, Amex, KPMG, Coca Cola to new-age startups like Flipkart, Ola, Myntra and others - to drive corporate philanthropic giving in India. Through the India Covid Response Fund (ICRF), we partnered with various institutions globally to deploy INR 800+ crore of institutional grants (CSR, foundations & employee giving). In Oct 2022, Give acquired the CSR business from Goodera and combined with its own institutional giving practice, launched Give Grants with a sharp focus on 'making CSR giving better' in India.

Give Grants is now an end-to-end giving partner with offerings that include:

- A comprehensive SaaS platform for grant management, monitoring & evaluation, and compliance

- Services for partner identification, monitoring & evaluation, impact reporting, compliance and impact assessment

- End-to-end extended CSR team for our clients

About the role

Give (earlier GiveIndia) is a well known brand within the social impact space. Give Grants however, came into existence in late 2022 and has limited awareness and recall. Our target audience is CSR decision makers in large Indian corporates - CSR heads, CSR leads, board members, and CXOs (founder, CEO, CHRO, CFO, head of corp comm). We are looking for a marketing lead who can take end to end ownership of marketing strategy and execution for Give Grants, and can work collaboratively with the sales team to take our offerings to potential customers.

You will be primarily responsible for

1. Marketing strategy and planning

- Build and execute a marketing strategy to create awareness for Give Grants within the CSR community

- Position Give Grants as a CSR and social impact thought leader, with a strong technology expertise

- Own marketing outcomes, not just activities

- Deliver within the agreed budgets, with the support of an internal team (1 content writer, 1 graphics designer) and external agencies

2. Marketing communications

- Own the Give Grants social media channels (primarily Linkedin) and use it to build CSR focused communities

- Support email campaigns and regular email communication with existing and potential customers

- Effectively drive PR coverage and media partnerships for Give Grants, using agencies wherever needed

- Work with the sales team, customers and the leadership team to develop original video, audio, email content that is relevant to our target audience

- Own the Give Grants website, and drive relevant traffic using SEO, SEM

- Sales enablement

- Support the sales team for email campaigns, webinars and any other activation events

- Provide content and design support for sales collateral (case studies, pitch decks etc)

- Events and partnerships

- Partner with existing CSR focused events

- Create and manage Give Grants B2B events over a period of time

This is a high visibility, hands-on role in a startup environment. You will be responsible for building a B2B focused social impact brand from scratch. The list given above is indicative at best, and the role will need innovative thinking and hustle beyond doing the obvious.

You will be successful if you come with :

- 7-12 years of overall experience with 2+ years in a marketing lead role

- Prior experience with B2B brands is essential, especially with B2B services and B2B SaaS products

- Prior exposure to CSR / social impact / NGOs will be relevant, but is not necessary.

- Strong conceptual understanding of B2B marketing, with a demonstrated ability to bring creative, out-of-the-box thinking to the table

- A genuine interest to be in the social impact sector and a desire to use your skills not just for creating business value, but also social value

- executive presence to represent Give Grants with external partners, and potentially customers

desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment, with a high degree of comfort with being hands-on, rather than rely entirely on teams and agencies to deliver
