Give|Grants is now an end to end giving partner for institutions spanning strategy, design, deployment, compliance and impact assurance. Our offerings include :

- A comprehensive SaaS platform for grant management, monitoring & evaluation and compliance

- Services for partner identification, monitoring, evaluation, impact reporting, compliance and impact assessment

- Ability to be an end to end extended CSR team for our client

Role:

Designation: Manager / Assistant Manager, CSR Monitoring and Evaluation

Engagement: This role will be a part of the Give Grants CSR services team, which works with more than 50 CSR clients. To begin with, the selected candidate will be assigned to a 3 member team that functions as an extended CSR team for a large Indian listed firm in Mumbai.

Location: This is a work from office role, based in Mumbai. The role will need extensive travel across India to visit project sites and interact with non profit partners.

Responsibilities:

- Evaluate CSR proposals from non-profits and social enterprises, in line with the CSR strategy of the firm and by applying the relevant impact frameworks

- Define impact metrics and reporting requirements, and work with the implementation partners to implement the same

- Engage with the implementation partners through the entire project lifecycle for project monitoring, status report and risk management

- Engage actively with all stakeholders internally and externally

- Ensure CSR and financial compliance. Engage with auditors and compliance teams through the year.

- Manage project budgets, disbursements and financial utilization tracking

- Support employee engagement and brand engagement initiatives

- Support the CSR head in defining the CSR strategy and drive decision making with the CSR committee

Profile:

- An entrepreneurial mindset, with a very high bias for action. Executes effectively and efficiently, with natural comfort to be hands-on and with the willingness to jump in and do what is needed.

- 7+ years of professional experience, including at least 3 years of prior CSR or social sector experience.

- Prior experience in business consulting firms, CSR consulting firms, NGOs, social enterprises would be an added advantage

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Expert level comfort with data analysis, data visualization, project management and presentation tools

- Comfortable with a target driven, performance driven environment that can often demand stretch hours

- Comfortable in engaging with senior executives and leadership teams
