Over the last 20 years, Give has partnered with hundreds of companies - from large ones like ICICI, HDFC, TCS, Google, Microsoft, Amex, KPMG, Coca Cola to new-age startups like Flipkart, Ola, Myntra and others - to drive corporate philanthropic giving in India. Through the India Covid Response Fund (ICRF), we partnered with various institutions globally to deploy INR 800+ crore of institutional grants (CSR, foundations & employee giving). In Oct 2022, Give acquired the CSR business from Goodera and combined with its own institutional giving practice, launched Give Grants with a sharp focus on 'making CSR giving better' in India.

Give Grants is now an end-to-end giving partner with offerings that include:

- A comprehensive SaaS platform for grant management, monitoring & evaluation, and compliance

- Services for partner identification, monitoring & evaluation, impact reporting, compliance and impact assessment

- End-to-end extended CSR team for our clients

About the role:

Our target audience is CSR decision makers in large Indian corporates - CSR heads, CSR leads, board members, and CXOs (founder, CEO, CHRO, CFO, head of corp comm). Our marketing strategy is focused on driving awareness and positioning for Give Grants for this target audience.

We are looking for a content creator, who can work across long form (thought leadership articles, blogs, executive interviews, case studies) as well as social media content (Linkedin), relevant for a B2B audience. This is an individual contributor role, reporting to the marketing head for Give Grants.

You will be primarily responsible for:

- Content development and editing

- Write thought leadership articles / executive POVs / op-eds / blogs focused on CSR, social impact and philanthropy.

Note: These articles will often need extensive secondary research, interviews with senior executives and limited data analysis.

- Develop scripts for executive interviews, corporate videos, case studies

- Edit sales collateral (case studies, master pitch decks,

- Develop email content for newsletters, announcements, webinar invites

- Own the Give Grants website content

-Social media planning and execution

- Develop a Linkedin focused social media calendar and execute with relevant content

- Work with the marketing head to use innovative content formats (infographics, videos, reels, polls etc) to drive engagement with the relevant audience

- Develop client focused content (interviews with clients, case studies, gratitude posts etc)

- SEO content

- Use outsourced teams / generative AI tools / other channels to build SEO content targeted at generating traffic for Give Grants website and Linkedin page

This is a high visibility, hands-on role in a startup environment. You will be responsible for building a B2B focused social impact brand from scratch. The list given above is indicative at best, and the role will need innovative thinking and hustle beyond doing the obvious.

You will be successful if you come with:

- 3-10 years of relevant experience in content creation and editing

- Prior experience with B2B content is essential (copywriting for B2C audiences is not relevant).

- A keen eye for detail and are meticulous with copy

- Experience in writing for SaaS tech products would be a plus, but is not essential

- Prior exposure to CSR / social impact / NGOs would be plus, but is not essential

- Prior stints in journalism or consulting would be a plus, if that resulted in exposure to writing high impact long form content.

- A genuine interest to be in the social impact sector and a desire to use your skills not just for creating business value, but also social value

- Willingness to work collaboratively with the sales team, customers and the leadership team

- Desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment
