Position: Manager

Job Description:

Prime Responsibilities:

- Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness

- Maintain and build supplier network

- Liason with sales team for packaging procurement

- Coordinate with factory for speciality food ingredient requirements

- Coordinate packaging and artwork executions

- Negotiation strategies to close deals in optimal terms

- Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer - supplier power

- Responsible for Supply chain and logistics management

- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers

- Responsible for orders and timely delivery

- Maintain updated record of purchased products, delivery information and invoices

- Attend trade shows / exhibitions to stay up to date with Industry trends

Desired Skills & Experience:

- Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with Vendors)

- Understanding of Supply chain procedures

- Strong Negotiation skill

- Ability to think outside the box to ideate innovative analysis

- Good organizational and communication skills

- Exposure to Indian FMCG brands and international will be an advantage

- Graduation/Post Graduation is must

- Fluent in English, Hindi. Strong writing skills in English.

- Proficient with MS Office- Excel, PowerPoint & word

- Based in Mumbai
