1. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts. You will also supervise and support regional managers to increase sales and profitability.
2. Set and monitor sales targets for regional account managers.
3. Act as the liaison between customers and internal teams ensuring clients' requirements are met.
4. Negotiate Contracts.
5. Liaise with Sales and Marketing departments to set and implement strategies for new products.
6. Stay up-to-date with internal and external developments and suggest new ways to increase sales.
7. Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Excel.
8. Proven work experience as a Key account manager/ Category Manager with FMCG/ eCommerce/ Retail formats.
9. Engaging with the Key Customers by building strong business relationship to develop and deliver JBP.
10. Engaging with Brand and Digital teams to integrate and implement the brand strategies online.
11. Engaging with the field/ operations team to ensure business deliveries.
12. Identify and attract prospective strategic customers
13. Explore Potential business formats and stay on trend on ever evolving trends
14. Excellent analytical and organizational skills
15. Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings, according to company standards
16. Availability to travel as needed
17. Demonstrable experience in negotiating and meeting clients requirements
18. In-depth understanding of sales performance metrics
19. Ability to lead and motivate team members
