- Formulate a cogent business strategy for medium-to-long-term growth & value creation for the international business unit.
- Bring key business insights and trade-offs to the table for management decision-making.
- Evaluate both organic and inorganic opportunities, develop business cases for investment, and secure investment by aligning key stakeholders.
- Incubate strategic growth initiatives, finding proper product-market fit, and bringing them to fruition for scale-up.
- Transform how we run our core business through automation, digitization, and process re-engineering in order to improve customer experience, reduce inefficiencies & costs, and win more business.
- Enable sales teams and product teams with category & account-level insights through data mining, analytics and research.
- Identify & develop partnerships & alliances that feed both core business growth as well as a new business venture.
