Girnarsoft - Associate Director/Cost Controller - CA

Cost controller will have a wide range of responsibilities, which can include :

- Develop and maintain SOP for cost control systems and procedures.

- Interface with all department heads and other personnel to obtain information necessary for cost control purposes.

- Run the monthly book closure activities pertaining to cost at cost center level.

- Review all costs booked with respect to accuracy, valid contracts, approvals as per authority matrix etc.

- Process Improvement by developing and implementing cost structure.

- Facilitate operating expense budgets, forecast, variance comments, accruals, and reporting.

- Coordinating with other departments such as human resources, payroll, accounting, and finance to ensure that all costs are accurately tracked.

- Conducting cost analyses to identify areas where costs can be reduced or eliminated altogether.

Requirements :

- Must be Chartered accountant with 6-8 years of Experience.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

- Previous experience in finance operations like Accounts payable, Record to report, cost controller.

- Strong financial analysis and reporting skills.
