Location – Jaipur (Those from Jaipur / nearby will be preferred)

Job Purpose: To plan and execute the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to joining as per the need of the organization

Responsibilities

Develop and Execute Recruiting Plans

- Work with functional managers on recruitment.

- Create a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.

- Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.

- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.

- Build networks to find qualified candidates.

- Utilize the Internet for recruitment.

- Post positions to appropriate Internet sources.

- Improve the company website recruiting page to assist in recruiting.

- Research new ways of using the Internet for recruitment.

- Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.

- Keep a track of all recruitment efforts and initiatives

Others

- Keep track of all leads

- Advise on exceptional profiles that may deserve a look of function head, though not asked for

- Alert HR in case of any enhancement of salary observed in the industry in general or on specific profiles

- Advise HR & OD Team in performing reference and background checks for potential employees.

- Conduct pre-screening interviews where required .

- Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in HRMS.

- Interview and select employees onsite where required.

- Prepare and send offer packages

- Advise HR & OD on recruited prospects, proposed DOJ for induction planning.

- Perform other special projects as assigned

Competencies

- Excellent verbal communication

- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously in an organized way

- Ability to fulfill the targets

- Good inter-personal skills to maintain good relations with the internal clients and bright prospects

- Working Knowledge of Computer (Word, Excel), Internet

- Work under stress without losing orientation

- Self motivated

Experienced Required

Overall: 3+ years in BPO industry / Software Companies. Those who are not from BOP/ Software Companies will not be considered.

Exposure in other HR initiatives/ activities will be a value-add

Relevant: Must have practiced all facets of HR. Well versed with Organisation Development interventions in a BPO/ Software Company.

QUALIFICATION:

MBA in HR from Premier Institute is preferred.
