GimmeGamma - CEO/Cofounder

I'm looking for someone who has cut his teeth in SEO and content marketing to partner with and run my digital agency.

The offer: Co-founder (equity) and CEO

Overall responsibility of a team of 15.

GimmeGamma is expanding quickly, and we need your help to continue being the best SEO and content marketing agency on the internet.

- Manage teams responsible for SEO tasks

- Oversee day-to-day SEO efforts for our clients

- Adept at researching, designing, and analyzing results of SEO A/B tests

- Maintain overall SEO process

- Recruit and train junior team members and make recommendations for team resources

- Utilize analytics and data to drive decisions and prioritization

- Manage business development team

Experience:

- You're a critical thinker, always looking for ways to improve a process or creatively solve a problem. You can weed out SEO nonsense.

- 4+ years of experience with SEO as a primary function or 7+ years in a digital marketing role inclusive of SEO. At least 3 years in a brand side job.

- 2+ years of management and employee development experience

- Demonstrated experience leading SEO process for large websites

- Complete understanding of SEO strategies, search term research, keyword targeting, and technical obstacles that would hinder search engine bot crawling and indexing and SEO editorial best practices ( a differentiator)

- Highly skilled in developing effective keyword targeting strategy, prioritizing SEO initiatives, and executing on planned SEO tactics: Candidate must be able to provide work samples or case studies of successful execution of SEO tactics and/or other digital marketing initiatives that have led to increases in website traffic

- Have proven communication and writing excellence, an exceptional attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities in our dynamic high growth and deadline-driven environment
