Gilbarco Veeder-Root - Manager - Regional Field Implementation - Projects

Purpose of Position: This position will be responsible for Projects of Automation in South and East India.

The sites in this region are approx..3000 in number covering around 15 political states. The incumbent will be the face of GVR in the regional geography and is a role where the incumbent will be playing an influencing role from a Customers point of view.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handling a team of 4 Field Execution personnel

- Project planning and co-ordination with customer & internal teams

- Daily management and monitoring, reporting of KPIs

- Weekly review meeting with customer on project KPIs

- Project milestone control, invoicing and closure in time

- Risk Management

- Effective Customer Engagement within the Region, State office, Zone, Territory

- Contract Management at Regional level

- Reports to: Reports to DGM - Projects

- Key Relationships: With field teams, Logistics, supply chain teams, AR team.

Education & Experience: The ideal candidate will have

Total Experience in years: 5+ years on hand on Engineering project management

Graduation/ Degree: Diploma / Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation

Post-Graduation/ PGDM: Preferred MBA/ PG Diploma in Business Administration

Other preferred courses/ certifications: PMP or any project management course
