JOB SUMMARY :
We are seeking a talented, experience and self-driven marketing manager to play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our lecithin products to the food industry, with a particular focus on bakery, confectionery, and processed foods.
DESIRED PROFILE :
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitive landscape related to lecithin products. Stay updated with industry developments and emerging trends.
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote lecithin products and meet sales goals. Define target markets, positioning, pricing, and promotional activities.
- Branding and Communication: Create a strong brand presence for lecithin products through effective messaging, branding, and communication strategies. Develop marketing collaterals, product literature, and digital content.
- Product Promotion: Design and execute promotional campaigns to generate awareness and drive product adoption. This includes online and offline marketing activities, trade shows, industry events, and collaborations with key stakeholders.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales tools, presentations, and training materials to support their efforts in promoting lecithin products. Provide product information, technical support, and market insights to the sales team and customers.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, industry influencers, and associations. Understand customer needs, gather feedback, and incorporate customer insights into marketing strategies.
- Market Expansion: Identify new market opportunities and potential applications for lecithin products. Analyse market dynamics and develop entry strategies for new segments or regions.
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyse marketing campaign effectiveness, sales performance, and market trends. Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and recommend improvements.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in marketing roles within the food ingredients industry, with a focus on promoting products to the bakery, confectionery, or processed foods sectors.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and draw meaningful insights.
- Experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
