Role:

- We are looking for a Business Program manager to help us develop and implement our growth strategies and have rich experience in a managerial role with advancement potential.

- You must play a particularly significant role which includes tracking all the tasks delegated to different teams and their delivery on time, to share the reports and task status with the leadership team, identify gaps and apply important strategies based on the defined policies to achieve business goal.

- This includes diligently working with the Business Head, which provides immense learning and an opportunity to experience the leaders and learn from them.

- This role will be responsible for managing revenue and gross profit for the team

- This career planning model provides the platform to acquire all the skills to be a Senior Manager.

- This role includes providing effective communication with the team members to resolve issues.

- Responsible for maintaining & creating the "best practice" process workflow environment in the team & in the designated projects.

- Collaborate with multiple departments across the firm to achieve goals.-

- Active participation in various forums of the organization and providing valuable inputs time to time.

Qualifications:

- MBA graduates from a reputed Institute.

- 3 years' experience in management role

- Should be a self-starter, quick learner, enterprising person, proactive and should have the ability to learn and perform in a fast-paced environment

- Should have good knowledge in MS office

- Must possess strong business acumen, the ability to drive results through others, strong analytical and negotiation skills, excellent process orientation.
