About the role: We are seeking a Key Account Manager who has an eye for research customer segments, clients and strategies to increase qualified leads. You should have good time management skills and be able to work both autonomously and collaboratively with a cross-discipline team of product managers, strategists, business development and marketing managers. Roles and responsibility: - Develop new business mass communication such as email to introduce the solutions/services and identify appropriate customers within the target market. - Implementation of a new marketing strategy (both offline and online). Lead Generation by use of internet technologies and social media. - Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance. - Willing to update product knowledge on an ongoing basis. - Training and monitoring lead generation team for developing quality leads - Conduct staff performance reviews, assess needs, cost/benefit analysis and other operational strategy assessments. - Establish a high standard for productivity, quality, customer service as well as define user guidelines. - Develop company systems for customer interaction and voice response and control the implementation process. - Manage and improve center performance through performance monitoring, problem resolution, system audits and quality assurance measures. - Prepare annual budget after estimating necessities, correcting overspending, analyzing cost variance and scheduling expenses. - Maintain consistent professional improvement through company provided workshops, tracking trends and active participation in team projects. Must Have: - Strong account management skills with 3-4 years experience in the market - Should be ready to take up the challenge and meet targets judged on the number of leads generated - A proven track record of strong client relationships client service skills - Must have excellent account management/lead generation and appointment setting skills - Excellent communication skills; the ability to call, connect & interact with prospects - Enhance own development by taking responsibility for staying informed and up to date with industry knowledge. Nice to have: - Well-developed communication skills, both verbal and written. - Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines - Ability to establish successful working relationships. - He/she should be a self-starter and should be able to motivate others to improve their quality of work.
