Responsibilities and key deliverables Work on 3 pillars of organic marketing in GFS gaming: Social Media, Community of gamers, and content. - Own and manage Community. Ideate and execute all player-facing communications. Develop programs to identify, engage, and incentivize players on the community platforms. - Social Media: Lead the ideation and execution of social campaigns and creative development to support product initiatives and drive players into the game. Track and advance social media or community-related issues in an expeditious manner to internal partners, like bugs, issues with releases, trends, or sentiment problems and feedback. Content & Copy: Provide content & copy to marketing and product team, that is in line with customers of GFS games. - Measurement: Interpretation of data, crafting practical insights from that data, and owning detailed social and community media metric reports - Market research: Keep a strong pulse on the social media landscape across gaming, social, and cultural trends; as well as the competitive landscape. - Superior stakeholder management, Rockstar-level program management - Passion for games, and empathy for gamers.
