Role:

- The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is responsible for developing, enhancing, and deploying the company's flagship products.

- Ensures execution of company's business goals and strategies.

- You are expected to lead and direct the; software engineering and product development, infrastructure architecture and R&D.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the development and execution of technology strategy for software engineering, product development, data analytics, business intelligence and infrastructure operations

- Establish processes of direction and control to ensure that objectives are achieved, risks are managed appropriately and the organization's resources are used responsibly

- Manage technology and direct activities so that projects are developed on a release schedule, within quality standards and cost objectives

- Ensure that technology standards and best practices are compliant across the development center

- Oversee research and development efforts keeping abreast of technologies and trends in our space

- Evaluate and recommend technologies that support company organizational needs

- Communicate the company's technology strategy to investors, management, staff, customers and stakeholders

- Identify and implement technology trends and platforms.

- Establish an application deployment process
