GIBSS - Project Manager

Facilitate project completion within agreed benchmarks :

- Addressing problems involved in controlling project schedules

- Executing project installation quality updates and escalating non-compliances issues

- Making project resource idle time zero

- Monitoring and escalating non-compliance of site resource daily attendance

- Ensuring weekly customer updates

- Addressing problems involved in ensuring site safety process compliance and ensuring zero safety incidences

- Updating site inventory and routinely communicating the inventory to internal stake holders

- Ensuring customer invoicing within one week of respective milestones

- Ensuring vendor invoicing within one week of respective milestones

- Controlling customer payments

- Ensuring vendor payments

- Ensuring project closures

- Ensuring control on costs

- Ensuring control on cash flows

Site resource management :

- Ensuring that the site teams follow site safety requirements

- Ensuring zero comp-offs on assigned projects

- Coaching project individuals on adherence to company's rules and policies and ensuring the adherence

Performance management :

- Directing all individuals involved in a project to update the performance monitor on a daily basis

- Helping project individuals on increasing individual scores

Management and leadership :

- Helping the senior management on building project function in the organization

- Ensuring development of management reports and updates from time to time

Training / Project Done : Large MEP (Mechanical, electrical, plumbing) projects
