Job Purpose:
The Key Responsibilities of the job role is to drive strategic solutions initiatives under the guidance of Lead -
Strategic Initiatives
Job Responsibilities(JR) : Actionable
- Key Responsibilities - Assisting Strategic solutions lead with all the strategic solutions initiatives taken up by the bank
- Identifying and validating new solution opportunities, through research and constant dialogues with sales teams across regions
- Preparation of initial level concept note and requirement document in consultation with the strategic solutions lead and BTG team
- Collaborating with various product and compliance teams to frame the analyse and understand the feasibility of the new solution opportunities
- Identification and assessment of technology partner in assistance with BTG team to help deliver the desired solution for the bank
- Liaison with ISG, BTG, compliance teams of the solution opportunity and proposed solution before taking it to implementation stage
- Procuring all the required business and compliance approvals for the new solution opportunity
- Testing of prototype and demonstration of application to all the senior management and advancements in the solution basis the feedback from the senior management
- Identification of test market to try out the new solution opportunities to understand the customer response and final realignment if required before pan India Roll Out
- One-point contact for any assistance required to any team for new solution opportunities.
- Training and Providing information to all the Regional SPOC's and solutions team on the new solution opportunities development and application details along with demonstration
Candidature Required :
- Educational Qualification : BE/BTech
- 5-6 years of overall experience
- Experience on overall government department structure
- Knowledge on various types of digital initiatives and solutions currently available in market
