Job Description :

- Research Manager will be responsible for understanding the marketing problem of the client and recommending an appropriate research design.

- The incumbent will handle a team of research associates and he/ she will be responsible for project budgeting and cost management.

- He/ She must be able to prepare budgets and hold strong negotiations with field on time, planning and budgets.

Job Specification :

- The candidate should hold a Masters degree in Business Management with at least 4 years of experience in quantitative consumer research domain with a reputed market research agency.

- The candidate should have an analytical mind, strong numerical aptitude and should be meticulous and hard-working.

- The candidate should have an appetite for knowledge and an open mind to accept new ideas. Good written and verbal communication skills are also essential.
