ABOUT THE ROLE :

- Financial planning & analysis manager will work directly with the senior leadership to work on increasing company's efficiency and profitability by focusing on both medium and long term financial planning. He/ She will work on financial & operational plans required to achieve management's strategic plan.

- In addition, he shall be responsible for delivering monthly management P&L. He will act as a business advisor to the leadership team. This is an analytical and data driven role designed to support the organization by analyzing past data, forecasting demand and performance along with tracking business on a regular basis.

ACTION POINTS :

- Working closely with the leadership team to formulate the business's medium to long term financial and strategic plan.

- Building annual budgets and monthly forecasts.

- Preparing and analyzing monthly results. Communicating results and recommendations to senior management for improvements that will lead to cost reduction, revenue generation and streamlining operations

- Responsible for developing dashboards and establishing daily, weekly and monthly routine of the same.

- Responsible for introducing technology driven methods to assist in reporting within the company.

- Responsible for in-depth business analytics including but not limited to viability of existing distributors and business areas.

- Leading sales meetings to drive performance & suggest areas of improvement and opportunities.

- Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure data accuracy & tracking and reporting key performance indicators.

- Preparing business cases to support new investment, strategic and other business decisions.

- Reviewing existing processes and procedures to develop recommendations for improvement efforts.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES :

- Graduate (B. Com/Eco Hons.) from a top tier college with an experience of 1-3 years

- Professional qualification - CA or CFA

- Knowledge of SQL preferred

- Excellent MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel & Access)

- Strong quantitative skills

- Excellent time management skills

- Energetic & passionate for the task allotted
