GetVantage - Debt Capital Market & Treasury Role

- Managing relationships with financial institutions that we have co-lending/ digital lending partnerships with

- Raising debt from various lenders for our NBFC and manage the entire due-diligence process including submission of information, preparation of credit memos, query resolution, etc.

- Business Development and onboarding new partners, aligning the lender on product and process flow

- Liaising with financial institutions/ banks ensuring smooth flow of operations

- Reduce cost of capital by tapping into larger pools of institutional capital

- Responsible for business volumes with various partners and ensuring scale up of partnership

- Driving tech integrations on various aspects of the partnership across Underwriting, Operations, Monitoring, Collections/ Reconciliation

- Timely reporting of various covenants and coordinate information exchange with lenders/ lending partners

- Managing deal related queries along with Investments team & timely resolution of the same

- Internal coordination with credit and operational executives for loan approvals, disbursals

- Ensure all tasks, deliverables and documentation are created with the highest level of accuracy

- Assisting the CFO in managing all stakeholders like credit rating agencies, regulators, consultants, lawyers, etc.

Desired Skills and Experience:

- Master's degree in Finance or related fields / CA

- At least 5-9 years of relevant experience with knowledge/ awareness of various structures and regulatory requirements

- Ambitious and willing to work in a start-up environment, must be hands on and able to operate as an individual contributor

- Must have a prior experience in raising different forms of debt

- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance issues related to debt capital markets and treasury management

- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and build relationships with internal/ external stakeholders

- Hardworking with attention to detail and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
