GetVantage - AVP/VP - Lending Operations

Location: Prabadevi, Mumbai

What your day looks like:

- Setup and implementation of SOPs

- Managing post sanction and Onboarding operations and ensuring compliance

- Managing disbursement operations and documentation

- Coordination with portfolio companies for disbursements, compliance

- Manage post disbursement processes & compliance

- Owning quality check process of specified tasks as per stated SOPs

- Effective cross functional communication on issues with respective teams

- Daily MIS Reporting & ensuring the data is flowing properly across different stakeholders

- Managing and mentoring a team of Operations and Client Success executives

- Review and adoption and submission of all committee minutes, policies and process according to RBI guidelines - Build digital platform for Product. Implement automated systems and technology for credit monitoring and compliance

- Regular Interaction with Internal Stakeholders

- Oversee compliance reporting, regulator audit, Internal and external audit

- Interact and liase with industry peers and use market insights for enhancement of products and services

- Experience in NBFC background10-15 years of experience SME lending operations/ credit operations

Must have:

- 10-15 years of experience SME lending operations/ credit operations

- Team Management experience

- Hands-on experience on Advance Excel

- Effective oral and written communication skills

Good to have:

- MBA/Post-Graduate in Finance/ Credit Operation

- Experience in NBFC background
