GetSupp - Marketing Manager

About the Role:

GetSupp is looking for a founding member in the marketing team. The marketing lead will be owning the acquisition and retention channels for the platform. Over time, build sustainable, unique and cost effective GTM for the platform and lead the whole vertical.

Job Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end user lifecycle management (Acquire, Engage, and Retain) for GetSupp

- Build and lead digital marketing P&L, including budget planning/allocation, campaign performance and customer acquisition cost and LTV

- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns

- Work with content, graphic & category team to meaningfully establish our proposition to users across the journey - from acquisition to repeat purchase

- Develop marketing strategy, prioritize marketing initiatives, define program goals, and establish performance measurement standards

- Design, build and maintain our social media presence

- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and other crucial KPIs)

Preferred Experience

- 4-6 years hands on campaign and budget management experience with high growth consumer tech startups or D2C brands

- Proven experience of running performance & display campaigns (CPC, CPA, CPT etc) across Google, FB, YouTube, Instagram Bing, affiliates and others

- Experience with tools including Google Adwords, Keyword tools, Google Analytics, FB Ads/Business Manager, YouTube Ads, DV360 and others as well as with tools such as Clevertap/Mixpanel etc

- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and convert

- Experience in optimizing landing pages, user funnels, A/B and multivariate experiments

- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
