- Building and developping strong relationship with Client
- Account Management: managing renewals, upselling and cross-selling
- Hunting: sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Close sales and achieve monthly target
- Maintain and expand database of prospects within assigned territory
- Keep Salesforce up-to-date
