The business development manager will help onboard talented Fashion Designers from India and maintain and nurture relationships with existing community of users. Roles and Responsibilities: - Identify & get new fashion designers on board to showcase their talent & grow their business - Implement and track metrics for recording the success and quality of your designer base - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with the GetNatty Designers - Work closely with the Marketing team to organize and tie-up with exhibitions & fashion events to generate leads - Set proper expectations, provide clear communications, and manage a growth plan to get max designers on-board - Communicate clearly the progress of weekly, monthly & quarterly sales to internal and external (brand) stakeholders - Ensure sales reconciliation and payments to the designers are made in the committed timelines Requirements: - A decent understanding and/or a strong interest in the Fashion/ Retail/ eCommerce sector - Excellent communication (written+verbal), interpersonal and relationship-building skills - Strong execution skills - Strong analytical skills - Ability to thrive in a fast paced startup environment. - Providing exceptional customer service - Delivery of results against set objectives - Having some sales or Business development experience background is a plus - Good technical background a big plus What we offer: A competitive compensation package that includes Basic survival's salary plus stock options, and more.
