Job Description:

- Responsible for managing website content for the designated sections based on specific business goals.

- Lead, mentor and manage a team of content creators.

- Assign tasks, set clear objectives, and provide guidance to ensure team members meet their individual and collective goals.

- Review and edit content to maintain high quality, accuracy, and consistency.

- Ensure that all content is error-free and optimized for search engines (SEO).

- Responsibilities will also include monitoring web traffic and metrics to ensure favorable results.

- As a Content Lead, you should perform well under deadlines and be detail oriented.

- Conduct competitor analysis to identify content opportunities and trends.

- Develop and maintain a content calendar. Ensure the team's commitment to updating content on a pre-agreed cycle.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, or any other field (master's degree preferred).

- Proven experience in content creation and team management, with at least 3 years of experience as a Lead/Manager.

- Strong understanding of Study Abroad domain, SEO, content optimization and web traffic metrics.

- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills; Attention to detail & ability to multitask.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

- Proficiency with content management systems (CMS).
