Looking for an experienced General Manager / COO

We are a 3 year old edtech company.

We've invested in by a media conglomerate and have been growing very well since inception. We're looking to continue this growth under the guidance of a COO who is a seasoned professional and has previously led and scaled businesses.

We are hovering around the $1M ARR mark and profitable and our portal is accessed by over 15M students annually.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- To lead the company across Content, Sales/BD, Product and Operations

- The individual has to completely take over the day to day operations which includes juggling between creating content to generate traffic, create a sales pipeline to service clients, ensure campaign sucess by delivering what the clients need and also making sure that the product evolution continues

- Lead a company of 85-100 people across sales, operations, product and content

- Daily reporting to CEO + Weekly reporting with vertical heads

- Grow the business from it's current ARR of ~$1M

Requirements:

- 3-5+ Years of working experience, ideally with leadership experience

- Ed Tech [B2B] background is an added advantage

- Past entrepreneurial / intrapreneurial experience is an added advantage

- Tier 1 school in undergrad / postgrad is important

- 2-3 year horizon is a must

- Should have handled P&L responsibility in the past
