Roles & Responsibilities: - As the Chief of Staff, you will work closely with the CEO / Founder on everything ranging from strategy and planning to special projects and executive coordination. - We are looking for the top tier, young blood in the company to help be the CEO's eyes and ears and the go-to person to push the envelope across multiple business lines. - The Chief of Staff should be a highly motivated, driven individual who is willing to learn the ropes of the business - everything from product, operations, sales, growth. Should be willing to get their hands dirty. - This is a key role that impacts all areas of the business - you will be working with team members and leaders, both internal and external. You will have the ability to directly impact and improve decisions and processes, and your work will increase the speed and efficiency of execution throughout the company. - The Chief of Staff role will give you an insider look at how a growth stage company scales and operates, from the vantage point of the executive team. - You will experience what works, and learn from what doesn't - You should have the ambition to become a Founder, CEO, or COO one day. This position is a stepping stone towards that aspiration or a leadership role at Getmyuni or another growth stage company. - Ideally should be an ex-entrepreneur or should have worked in founding teams before. Required Qualifications: - Tier 1 school in grad/post-grad is important (IIT/NIT/BITS/IIM/FMS/XLRI/ISB etc) - 4+ years of experience in start-up, management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, product management, or similar. - Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills are required. - Ex-entrepreneurs or being part of founding teams / early teams preferred. - Experience in financial analysis and basic modelling. - 3+ year horizon is a must
