Getinz Techno Services - Vice President - Engineering

Responsibilities:

- Own the execution of Product Development Lifecycle for R&D deliverables

- Lead the development of current and new products across hardware and software engineering teams in-line with understanding of customer needs

- Ensure Quality deliverables for products as per global standards within the committed timelines and budget

- Enable a great Engineering culture with the right people, processes and innovation

- Nurture and manage an extraordinary Engineering team of 250+ employees in a multi-disciplinary environment of Software, Mechanical, Embedded, Electrical & Electronics Engineering development and validation teams along with Program Management

- Be an inspirational colleague for CTO, VP Products, VP Operations, Engineering managers and Quality teams

- Support company leadership team build a great organization with the right product engine, brand, and culture

Requirements:

- B.E/B.Tech degree from top tier university

- Masters from US

- 15+ years of overall experience - significant experience in building complex products as an Engineer and Manager

- 10+ years of people management experience with 70+ employee teams indirectly. Experience of managing a team of Engineering Managers, Technical Architects, Subject Matter Experts and Engineers for product development

- Experience with a large Enterprise Software Development organization

- Experience of co-creating vision and owning the execution of existing and new products in the past

- International exposure via significant working experience in at least USA and Asia

- Executive presence to contribute to C-level discussions and decisions
