Senior Manager - Sales - SAAS

- We are hiring for a fast-growing SAAS product company.

- Experience : 8+ yrs experience in sales with SaaS products

- To lead the inside sales team that serves the US, AUS, EMEA and ROW markets

Skill Requirements :

- 8+ years in telesales operations with increasing responsibility

- Good experience in SaaS Selling (must)

- Deep experience in solution selling of a technical product

- Proficiency in sales automation systems (Salesforce) analytics and reporting, plus managing teams to optimally update and enforce the system

- Experience working in a global marketplace including US, UK, EMEA, APAC..

- Strong communication skills, including fluency in English

- Able to work with teams across global time zones

- Early stage company experience is a plus.

Responsibilities :

- Create sales revenue targets and plan

- Day-to-day team management to achieve revenue goals

- Sales team training and improvement
