Role Overview: As a Partnership and Alliance Manager, you'll be instrumental in shaping and nurturing strategic alliances to elevate our digital concierge services. We seek a candidate with a minimum of 4 years' experience in building successful in-app partnerships, particularly in Travel, Lifestyle, Hospitality, Fashion, or Concierge sectors. Your role is crucial in driving relationships that deliver unparalleled value, requiring a go-getting attitude and a passion for impactful collaboration.
Strategic Partnership Development:
- Identify, develop, and foster strategic alliances within the Lifestyle, Hospitality, Fashion, and Travel Industries, leveraging experience from a background in B2B and Fintech companies.
Targeted Partner Research and Alignment:
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to evaluate potential partners and alliances, ensuring alignment with our brand and targeting specific audiences in the B2B and Fintech sectors.
Comprehensive Partnership Strategy:
- Develop and execute a robust partnership strategy, drawing on B2B and Fintech expertise, to not only expand our network but also enhance our concierge service offerings in alignment with market demands.
Cross-functional Collaboration for Growth:
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams, particularly marketing, to create and implement revenue-driving partnership strategies that elevate customer experiences in both the B2B and Fintech domains.
Negotiation and Relationship Management:
- Utilise negotiation skills honed in the B2B and Fintech industries to secure mutually beneficial terms in partnership agreements.Manage and nurture existing partner relationships, ensuring ongoing success and satisfaction.
Performance Optimization and Industry Representation:
- Drive alliance program initiatives, utilising B2B and Fintech background to recruit and equip team members effectively. Monitor performance metrics, optimise strategies for maximum conversions, and act as a brand ambassador at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in building in-app partnerships, business development, and alliances, particularly in lifestyle, hospitality, fashion, travel, or concierge sectors.
- Proven track record in successfully identifying, negotiating, and managing partnerships for impactful business growth.
- Proficiency in CRM software and partnership/alliance platforms is a plus; flexibility to travel for partnership meetings and industry events.
