About the role: Simpl is looking for growth marketer to join our growing team to lead acquisition, engagement, retention and lifecycle management. Key Responsibilities Include: - Develop and execute marketing strategies and programs that will increase customer adoption - Own and manage growth, new customer acquisition - Improve customer loyalty, retention and frequency through personalised and targeted promotions - Work with merchants to roll out campaigns to enable customer acquisition and higher share of wallet on merchant channels - Journey creation and optimisation using marketing automation tools - Cohort analysis and churn management - Customer Lifecycle management - Drive user engagement - Plan marketing calendar, roll out promotions and CLM campaigns to meet growth goals - Think out-of-the-box and bring a creative flair to product positioning and marketing campaigns - Monitor, measure, analyse, and report on all digital marketing performance - On-going experimentation to validate insights across segmentation, targeting, messaging, channel and creative optimization - Generating insights on customer behaviour through data analysis and mapping the customer journey working closely with Business Intelligence teams Requirements: - 8 -10+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in high growth environments including ecommerce, gaming, edtech, fintech etc - Excellent communicator both verbally and written, with an ability to communicate with all levels in the organization - Hands-on with marketing automation tools like CleverTap, Web engage, Moengage etc - Comfortable in navigating and leading in ambiguous situations. Able to operate in a start-up environment where leaders are owners that wear multiple hats - High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing for priorities simultaneously - Strong problem solving and analytical skills
