Your Role Summary The role will be but not limited to manage the Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding efforts for - Get My Parking- . - Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent to the company within set timelines - Posting jobs and sourcing candidates from various portals - Crafting JDs as per brief given by relevant stakeholders - Conducting initial interviews and assessing the candidates based on cultural fit, motivation and technical skills that may be required - Scheduling interviews with the management and following up with candidates - Communicating with all candidates on a regular basis - Engaging with the offered candidates till their joining - Responsible for maintaining key data and prepare HR Dashboards at pre-defined frequencies - Actively identify concern areas in talent acquisition process and drive projects to improve the same - Take initiatives to drive cost-effective hiring and use of social media platforms to source and close positions Who you are: - 4 to 6 years of experience in multi-level Technical and Non-Technical hiring - Knowledge of full life-cycle recruiting components, including effective sourcing, behavioral &amp; motivation based interviewing, employment laws, salary trends, and relationship management - Hands on exposure hiring for Backend, Frontend, iOS, Android, Machine learning/Data Science, QA/Testing and Non-tech - Demonstrated ability to think outside the box and execute on key strategic recruiting initiatives - Ability to manage multiple priorities in ambiguous environment - A dynamic go getter &amp; quick learner with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Self-motivated professional who achieves results independently and performs several assignments simultaneously. - Personal computing skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Internet recruiting/sourcing experience - Good verbal and written communication skills
