About the Role : As a Chief Technology Officer (CTO), communicate with employees, partners, and investors to oversee effective utilization of our technologies. It requires familiarity with a variety of business concepts and experiences with technological trends. With strong business acumen and strategic thinking, manage budget and make investments to align our technology with our business goals. Responsibilities : - Research new technologies and develop technical aspects which will potentially increase Get My Parking's competitive advantage and communicate it to our partners and investors. - Make executive decisions regarding the technological needs creating a timeline for the development and deployment of our technology across our partners and customers, making sure it meets the regulatory standards. - Oversee minute changes in system architecture and ensure system infrastructure is functioning efficiently to reduce technological breaches. - Monitor key performance indicators and metrics along with developing processes for data protection and quality assurance. Deploy and implement a disaster recovery plan in the event of a breach. - Keep track of IT budgets to update the performance of the technology, ensuring the IT budget has no unnecessary expenses. - Respond to feedback from stakeholders, formulating it for making adjustments required for our technology. - Plan and implement appropriate use of policies for employees Qualification & Skills : - B.Tech/ M.Tech Graduate in Computer Science, Engineering, or any similar field. - Proven work experience as a Chief Technology Officer or similar leadership role is a must. - Knowledge about technology trends can conduct research and use current technological trends to build a business strategy. - Strong leadership quality, highly organized with excellent interpersonal and communication. - Strategic thinker with problem-solving skills.
