Essential Functional Responsibilities:-

The role involves making outbound calls into different states etc in order to collect data through Primary Sources.

This data collection is done through CATI (Computer Aided Telephonic Interviews) CAWI (Computer Aided Web Interviews) Responsible to generate leads using various search engines.

Developing and conducting a survey to capture data.

Extrapolating and analyzing the results to identify patterns or data sets.

Authoring reports containing actionable recommendations.

Responsible for handling primary research & secondary research as per the requirement of the project.

Experienced in KPO/BPO.

Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, is required. Knowledge of analytical tools such as SPSS or SAS would be an added advantage.

Strong understanding of data collection and analytical processes.

Qualifications/ Requirements

A Post graduate degree with minimum of 3 to 6 years of experience in Market Research and Self-starter with demonstrated high level of motivation, and ability to work well independently.

Good interpersonal skills, analytical skills, highly energetic, self-motivated and ability to work independently.

Excellent planning and organizational skills and attention to detail.

Should be able to work in a team.

Ability to handle tight deadlines. Good communication & presentation skills required.
