GES Category Manager - Pharma

- Responsible for selection, due diligence of CMOs and strengthening relationships with these CMOs and being part of the audits. Financial forecasting and budgeting will be core part of the role.

- The role will require incumbent to work closely with Supply chain/ Quality/ Finance/ Tech-transfer teams/ Global manufacturing and technology/Regulatory knowledge teams to drive efficiency in the overall contract manufacturing operations which could

- Responsible for procurement/ sourcing for finished products and would look at Solid Oral Dosages. Knowledge of Pricing and Negotiation is critical, creation RFIs/ RFPs/ RFQs is part of the profile

- On a day to day basis, supply and demand planning would be the key role, managing the virtual plant leads.

- The incumbent must have worked with MNCs in the past with

- Strong communication skills,

- Good leadership abilities,

- Takes ownership to drive various initiatives.

- Conflict resolution and negotiation

- Strong analytical skills.
