Developing and recommending recruiting strategies to ensure a successful search in a given time frame is an important aspect of the senior HR recruiter's job. Other duties typically span include working with hiring managers and HR personnel to determine staffing needs, along with minimum qualifications and skills required for open positions.  The role of Senior Recruiter manages every stage of recruitment and candidate selection for their organization, attracting talent, vetting candidates and advising the business on the best recruitment practices and processes include graduate recruitment, managing relationship with recruitment partners, develop recruitment solution and largely work together as a team of recruiters.   On a day-to-day basis, The role might be responsible for developing and managing a strong network of contracts, Source quality- candidates, drafting job specifications, creating job adverts, analyzing CVs, training junior recruitment consultants and offering advice to candidates on recruitment policies. Duties also include reviewing applications to identify and arrange interviews for most promising potential candidates and it may include screening and referring candidates as appropriate.   A Senior Recruiter will be also responsible to consult with hiring managers on staffing and recruitment policies, ensure compliance with equal employment opportunity mandates and be accountable on hiring and on compensation guidelines.
