Description: - Executing internal audits for assigned cycles of the audit program by reviewing financial controls and testing compliance with established internal control policies, procedures, regulations and laws as applicable across all regions. - Identifying business and financial risks including opportunities to improve business processes and improving internal controls whilst ensuring the integrity and reliability of the controls; - Discussing audit findings and issues with management as they arise. - Timely completion of Internal Audit Work papers and audit program including documenting identified risks, issues and recommendations. - Ownership of the process. Role and Responsibilities: - Internal Audit Operational, compliance, financial & system audit of Regional Office, projects, functions across all Businesses and companies - Preparation in the development of Risk Based Audit Plan. - Preparation of audit scope and work program. - Finalization of report & submission to the senior management - Review of the outsourced activities and business applications - SOP Formation. - Financial due diligence - Accounting & audit support - Identify and assess areas of significant business risk. - Implement best audit and business practices in line with applicable internal audit statements. - Develop, implement and maintain internal audit policies and procedures in accordance with local and international best practice. - Ensure complete accuracy and timely audit information is reported to Management. Qualification: - CA with min 3-4 years of experience working with MNC, specialized in financials audit. - Experience with Big Four. - Location: Navi Mumbai. - Work Timings: 4 pm to 1 am.
