GEP - Manager - Legal/Contracts - Non Litigation

- 10 + years of experience in contract services

- Experience in Life Science industry preferred

- Experience w ith R&D contracting seen as a plus

- Bachelor Degree, preferably w ith legal qualifications

- Deep understanding of end-to-end contracting process

- Knowledge of contracting tools

- Demonstrated strength in developing and nurturing internal and external relationships w ith Stakeholders, ability to influence and motivate, lead by example, and communicate effectively

- Ability to suggest continuous improvement

- Team management skills

- Team-player w ith agility, integrity and an ability to roll-up his/her sleeves to get results

- Ability to apply w ell-honed organizational and time management skills to manage competing priorities and set expectations , Self-motivated and goal orientated

- Overall accountability for engagement deliverables ensuring compliance w ith the client's contracting process for R&D non-clinical agreements, covering Third Party Risk Assessment process and agreements w ith Healthcare Professionals and External Experts
