Job Location : Airoli; Navi Mumbai

Position Title : Knowledge Manager

Education : Graduate in any stream

Shift Timing (if applicable) : 11 a.m - 8 p.m. (or as required)

Key Result Areas / Job Description :

- Designing Company Intranet, Knowledge management Systems, site taxonomy, UI, and Content Management System using Online SharePoint 2013.

- Deliver targeted insights using internal knowledge and external sources;

- Support the creation and update of knowledge assets including: client updates, competitive intelligence, industry research, etc.;

- Creating and modifying SharePoint site collections with multiple sites, unique navigational elements, custom content types and site columns, site pages, web part pages, and workflows

- Implementing document repositories with managed metadata.

- Maintain, manage and enhance the firm's knowledge infrastructure;

- Assess firm knowledge needs and requirements (short- or long-term);

- Share best practices and tactical knowledge across teams, offices and practice areas; Engage and build relationships with firm members and leaders;

- Mentor, coach and guide knowledge management team members; Drive innovation to enhance delivery efficiency and effectiveness; Coordinate with IT / software / data source vendors.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION / COMPETENCIES :

- MBA and a bachelor's or master's degree in Research-based stream At least 7+ years of relevant work experience;

- Experience in developing knowledge management systems with SharePoint Online 2013

- Understanding of Information Management, Knowledge Management, integration, portals, etc. Knowledge of customizing the SharePoint 2013 out of the box features.

- Knowledge of security standards and techniques for web applications

- Expertise in the design, implementation, and deployment of user-centric software, with focus on usability Strong oral and written communication skills, combined with computer and MS Office skills;
