The incumbent will have a local & global reporting, will work closely with the Global Sales Lead and the respective Sales/Vertical Heads to achieve the sales revenue targets in the assigned territories.
Responsibilities:
He/she will be accountable for the following majorly:
- Design and implement inside sales strategy in line with the overall sales strategy globally on Technology & Services side while working closely with the marketing team in a collaborative fashion
- Set qualitative & quantitative goals/KPIs for the team which should be tracked on bi-weekly basis while generating metrics and reports to identify process improvement initiatives at team & individual levels as required
- Lead customized pitch development process while keeping in mind the Strategic Accounts by verticals and regions
- Conduct periodic training sessions for the entire inside sales team to robustly contribute towards the sales funnel development
- Defining / documenting best practices for Inside Sales group & ensuring compliance adherence through Managers/Team Leads
- Have weekly calls with Business Heads to understand the sales pipeline progress and gaps to translate those learning into strategies/initiatives for Inside Sales Operations
- Work closely with Marketing Counterparts to finalize marketing campaigns, ABM strategies and to monitor/improve lead nurturing and conversion processes
- Be the subject matter expert overtime for service offerings to lead prospecting discussions as needed in emerging markets to be an individual contributor
- Take complete ownership of talent acquisition, retention plans, rewards & recognition programs through assign HRBP
- Work closely with Solution Design team to get a thorough understanding of our products & services
Required Skills:
- Graduation is must. MBA would be preferred.
- Minimum 15-18 years work of experience in Sales/Business Development & Delivery/Operations role of which at least 5-7 years must include team management where the individual was responsible for 15+ people team
- Must have prior experience in Demand/Lead Generation, New Logo Acquisition & Account Management in the European &/or North American markets.
- Must have proven expertise in remotely managing and driving sales cycle for large enterprise deals in the IT/ITES, Cloud, ERP/CRM space.
- Any prior experience/knowledge within the Procurement/Sourcing, Supply Chain & Logistics space would be highly preferred
- Certified training in sales methodologies would be an advantage (Sandlers, Dale Carnegie, FISH Philosophy, SPIN etc..)
- Great negotiation and closing skills backed with immaculate soft skills are a must to help lead by an example
- Should be able to drive sales presentations/discussions, product demonstrations and requirement gathering workshops if required
- Must be a great judge of account profiling, opportunity qualification & identification processes to help groom the team on these aspects
- Should be strong with overall Microsoft Office stack & CRM (MS Dynamics, SFDC etc..) for reporting and analysis discussions with Management
- Must have fair understanding of at least some of the sectors like BFSI, Pharma/Lifesciences, Chemicals/Oil & Gas, Telecommunications/Hi-Tech, Retail, CPG and Manufacturing in some capacity.
- Strong internal as well as external Stakeholder/Client Management skills with proven experience
