Duties and responsibilities :&nbsp; - The Project Management Officer (PMO) would be required to work closely with the Head of Technology Services and Leads across India and globally to standardize project management processes, tools, techniques. - Coordinate with multiple stakeholders across the globe to successfully run the PMO activities and drive strategy &amp; people initiatives. - Proactively communicate and collaborate with internal and external customers to analyze TSO needs and functional requirements. - Conceptualize and lead (as needed) ead transitions, migrations and transformation projects. - Manage and participate in ad-hoc business area and executive level projects. - Develop leadership/executive presentations and updates, governance dashboards and periodic business reviews. - Run Continuous Process improvement initiatives - Lead and coordinate governance and portfolio updates meeting. - Prepare and conduct Steering Committee meeting material on a monthly basis. - Accounts status &amp; progress reporting, highlighting the progress, risks and actions to mitigate risks. - Maintain hiring, financial and travel budget and approvals process. - Global Resource management - Track, report and manage of the global TSO workforce - Manage, maintain and support the PMs with consistent &amp; effective use of processes and tools within portfolios, programmes/ projects. - Provide detailed &amp; complex analysis to enable informed decisions to be made by stakeholders. - Governance and Quality Assurance: Guide &amp; direct PMs within the agreed Governance framework, completing regular checks for all mandated and agreed documentation. - Communication: Organize Town Halls; Support senior leadership visits; - Collaborate with Senior Stakeholders across Technology and Global Delivery functions for - Provide Support, coaching and guidance to PM(s) and PMOs where required.
