- P2P consulting- background/experience and not the typical transitioning/ops manager profile. - Around 6-13 yrs of experience in setting up P2P systems/processes for large global multinationals a service provider/in-house procurement shared service centre. - Experience of various design aspect of P2P including but not limited to buying channel design, catalogue opportunity assessment, supplier enablement activities, operating model design etc. - Understanding of P2P industry best practices, key performance indicators and value drivers - Hands on experience in designing and implementing P2P systems/processes in a greenfield/brownfield context. - Ability to engage at the Senior leadership level to design, develop and deploy P2P solutions. - Experience in transitioning and leading teams responsible for day to day P2P delivery
